About the Sale
Practically New, Top to Bottom
Venture up into Forest Heights and you’ll find a large home full of furniture and fine art that’s barely been lived with. The owners had just finished furnishing the house — new Restoration Hardware sofas, chairs, and tables throughout, alongside vintage McGuire and Baker pieces — before a sudden passing left it all behind. There’s no rubble to sort through here; everything is in excellent, like-new condition.
The art and objects are just as strong as the furniture. Look for fine art from popular Pacific Northwest painters Sally Haley and Charles Heaney, alongside a collection of Chinese porcelain and Asian pottery.
Round out the sale with vintage clothing and handbags, toys, board and card games, collectible dolls, a ping pong table and NordicTrack treadmill, and a full kitchen’s worth of pots, pans, dishes, and silverware.

There is no list. Numbers are handed out at 9am on the first day of the sale only.
Entry
If there is a large crowd, small groups will be admitted at a time until everyone is happily shopping.

Your number holds your place in line. You may leave after receiving it and return before the doors open.

Final Sales & Pickup
All sales are final. Purchases must be picked up on the day of the sale unless other arrangements have been discussed.
Holding Area
A holding area is available for goods while you continue shopping.
Bags
Large bags, boxes, and backpacks are not permitted. No exceptions.
