We are happy to announce a moving sale in a historic, $3.25m estate in the West Hills. The Bishopcroft House is a 9,000 square foot English Tudor home built in 1911. It is on the historic register and features a chapel, wine-cellar, and top-floor ballroom-turned-playground. Gary Germer & Associates will be hosting a sale in this historic space that will feature a vast collection of antiques, oriental rugs, fine art, and beautiful decor.

Important Details
Numbers
There is no list. Numbers are handed out at 9am on the first day of the sale only.
Entry
If there is a large crowd, small groups will be admitted at a time until everyone is happily shopping.
Your Place in Line
Your number holds your place in line. You may leave after receiving it and return before the doors open.
Payment We Accept
We accept cash, checks, Visa, and debit cards.
Final Sales & Pickup
All sales are final. Purchases must be picked up on the day of the sale unless other arrangements have been discussed.
Holding Area
A holding area is available for goods while you continue shopping.
Bags
Large bags, boxes, and backpacks are not permitted. No exceptions.
